About Us

Jai has been an integral part of All Eelctric Homes since its inception. She is the dedicated wife of Trent Jones, and has helped steer the success of the multiple companies over the last 10 years with Trent & the team. Jai has worn multiple hats, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the business. In 2014, she embarked on an apprenticeship as an electrician to meet the growing demand for services. However, in 2015 the apprenticeship ceased as Jai made the decision to prioritise starting a family.

Ross has an extensive background and knowledge in the electrical wholesale side of the business. He has over 20 years in the industry working for the likes of Middy’s, AWM, Lecky’s. Ross opened up and successfully ran AWM Hastings as the store manager for a number of years.

Josh has a notable career background, having started as a 1st-year apprentice after serving in the Royal Australian Navy for 6 years. It's commendable that he has progressed to the position of General Manager since joining the company in 2016.

With 18 years of experience, Ben plays a crucial role as All Electric Homes PV Solar electrician, ensuring meticulous design and installation of solar infrastructure. His leadership will also drive the team's training and commitment to fostering expertise within its team and further establishing itself as a leader in sustainable energy solutions.
