Led by Director Trent Jones, a qualified electrician with over 20 years of industry experience, our team comprises licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and sustainability experts.
We are currently delivering electrification programs for Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and Hume City Council, with a focus on upgrading community facilities and improving energy efficiency outcomes across multiple sites.

Started as an apprentice after 6 years in the Royal Australian Navy. Joined the company in 2016 and has progressed to lead all electrical operations.
Extensive background in complex commercial and high-rise plumbing. Ensures every project meets the highest standard with innovative, sustainable solutions.
Passionate about technology, innovation, and exceptional customer experience. Focuses on authentic relationships and simplifying processes at every touchpoint.
Integral to All Electric Homes since inception, Jai has helped steer the success of multiple companies over the last 10 years, wearing many hats along the way.
Over 20 years in electrical wholesale, including roles at Middy's, AWM, and Lecky's. Previously managed AWM Hastings as store manager.
18 years of experience in PV solar — meticulous in design and installation. Leads team training and drives AEH's position as a leader in sustainable energy.
Extensive expertise across the refrigeration industry. Known for tackling complex units, Matt's problem-solving ensures top-quality service on every project.
